1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is OÜ Juka Media, a company registered in Estonia (registry code: 17495980). Website: jukamedia.com. For any personal data matters: info@jukamedia.com.

2. What data we collect and on what basis

Inquiry form. Name, contact (phone, email or Telegram), selected service and task description that you provide yourself. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Messengers and email. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, we process the data you share in the conversation. Same basis, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Web analytics. Pages visited, device type and referral source in anonymised form. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for cookies requiring consent, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Why we use the data

Form data is used only to contact you about your request and prepare a proposal. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for mailings without your consent.

4. Who processes the data

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA): processes form submissions. Transfers to the USA are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Hosting provider: technical hosting and server logs (IP addresses for technical purposes).
  • Web analytics service: anonymised visit statistics.

Data processing agreements (DPA) are in place with all processors. Data is not shared with other third parties except as required by law.

5. Retention

Inquiries and correspondence are kept for up to 2 years after the last contact. Data related to contracts and invoices is kept for 7 years under Estonian accounting law. On your request we delete data earlier, unless the law requires keeping it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and get a copy (Art. 15), rectify it (Art. 16), erase it (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise your rights, write to info@jukamedia.com. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian supervisory authority: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee, info@aki.ee) or the authority of your country of residence.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies work without consent; analytics cookies are enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner.

Analytics cookies (set by Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Ltd) appear only after you press "Accept" in the banner:

  • _ga — distinguishes visitors in anonymised form; stored for 2 years;
  • _ga_1ZDKBX94P9 — keeps session state for the counter; stored for 2 years.

The purpose is to understand which pages are visited and from which devices, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymised.

You can withdraw consent at any time: click the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page — the saved choice is cleared and the banner appears again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Only authorised staff have access to inquiries.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
